Colombia Plane Crash Incident Explained
As per the reports, the incident occurred when a small plane that lost its control crashed into the place where there were buildings. The plane crashed on the building and fire fumes were seen later. The plane as per the reports carried about 8 people were passengers on the flight. The crash occurred in the Medellin city of Colombia which is the second largest and most populated city in Colombia. Thick fumes of black smoke were seen in the air. Videos that emerged from the place showed that the fumes that emerged were black and huge as well. Firefighters and medics arrived at the place to clear out the place.
Eight People Were Killed In A Massive Crash Into A Residential Area In Colombia
Speaking about the fatalities that occurred, there were eight people on the flight and all of them passed away in the plane crash. Although nothing related to the identities of the casualties has been reported, it was revealed that the police are still investigating the case. This aircraft which eventually ended up being crashed was heading from Olaya Herrera airport, Medellin to the municipality of Pizaro which is in the neighbourhood of Choco. This plane was a twin-engine plane that lost its control as it signalled that one of its engines failed. Before the plane crashed into the building it sent signals claiming that the engine failed.

Speaking about the casualties around the building or the apartments where the plane crashed, there aren’t any reports until now about the casualties around the building or in the building but nothing can be said as the investigations are still ongoing. This incident occurred on the 21st of November 2022, and as the incident is recent and the investigation and clearance are still on there aren’t any official and complete reports. Mayor Daniel Quintero addressed on his Twitter account the incident and said that there is a plane crash in the Belen Rosales sector and that the officers and officials are trying to assist the victims of this incident. Mayor also added about the engine failure of the plane and said that the twin-engine piper had one of its engines fail. It was reported by the officials that the plane crashed into the upper floors of the house destroying the house and walls as well. The pictures released later showed that the firefighters were clearing the place, and debris was shown of the building where the plane crashed badly. Pictures and videos showcased blazes of fire, debris of wall bricks, and black thick smoke emitting from the building. This [place is a narrow valley surrounded by Andes Mountain.
