As per the latest report, the lead singer of the hit-making Philly Soul group called “the Delfonics” lost his life after the complications he got from surgery. He was admitted to the hospital after he got some trouble breathing. Doctors tried hard but could not able to save him and he left the world on Thursday, 14th July 2022. His family, friends, loved ones, and fans are shattered after his sudden death and paying their tributes to him. He was widely known as Poogie to his fans and friends and he was a chief songwriter and the founding member of the musical group.
Who Was William Hart?
He was one of the holiest falsetto soul music based in Philadelphia in the late 60s and the starting of the 70s. His powerful singing easily hypnotizes anyone and that is why his fans are badly missing his voice. His passing news is officially confirmed by his co-founding bandmate as well as his brother named Wilbert Hart. Wilbert shared this sad news through his Facebook account on which he wrote that “Rest In Peace My Brother. Poogie. Hart. Delfonics. William. Both the brother co-established the musical group which was initially known by the name The Orphonics in Philadelphia and later Randy Chain and Major Harris and Thom Bell become part of this group.

As per the report, Wilbert Hart is now the last surviving member of the group. The singer’ so, Haldi also asserted the news to the media outlet that his father is no more between us. Haldi informed the media outlet that “His father’s music touched millions, and pursue to touch more. Though externally he is not between us but his music will always remain alive in our hearts. My father was a great human being, he loved and adored his family. He was religious too and always thinks about the betterment of the people. Big heart, and tremendous spirit. That was my father.”
