What Happened In Rycroft Of Grande Prairie?
Rycroft is a village which is around 70 KM north of Grande Prairie in the region of the River named Peace. Royal Canadian Mounted Police from the closeby urban area of Spirit River, together with the medical crisis unit, reached the incident spot to collide in the middle of a passenger vehicle and semi-truck. The incident was so lethal and two kids get injured in this collision. As per the police reports, the semi-truck was allegedly moving towards the east side of Highway 49 or crashed with an automobile that was moving towards the north side of Highway 2. A lady who was riding the automobile was instantly admitted to the local hospital whereas RCMP stated a juvenile and newborn commuter in the vehicle were transported to the hospital of Edmonton in very bad condition.

The police are investigating the matter and looking for more information and trying to gather more evidence. STARS air ambulance wrote a Tweet which reads that “STAR-5 (Grande Prairie) has been sent to a scene call emergency in the Rycroft, AB area.” As per the information, the driver who was operating the semi-truck was not wounded and he is fine but the other people were badly injured in this accident. Any bystanders, or anyone with having the dash camera video of the collide, is asked to inform and make a call at the RCMP Detachment of Spirit River on the phone number 780-864-3525.
