He was born on 11 February in the year 1931 in Balochistan. Talking about his educational qualification so he completed his master’s in Urdu from the University of Delhi talking about his parents so his father was a well-known scholar of Sanskrit and this is the reason why he was developing an interest in this because of his father. He was also awarded the Padma Bhushan Award and many more like the Ghalib award in the air 1995 President of Pakistan gold medal in the year 1985 and the Iqbal Saman in the year 1977.

In the year 2021, he was being awarded the excellence National Award talking about his citizenship so he used to be from India. Talking about his teaching career so he was also a teacher who used to teach Urdu literature at 7 Stephen college from the year 1957 to 508 before joining the Delhi University. After that, he decided to become a leader in the year 1961. Narang also joined the Jamia Milia University where he was of our daily duty as a professor in the year 1974 but he decided to rejoin the University of Delhi again from 1986 to 1995. We are very sad to hear that a very well-known person has gone away from the world but he will be forever living in the people’s hearts.
