What Happened To Daryl Martin?
Daryl Martin (22), a Manor House Apartments tenant, got badly beaten by Harris in August 1995 while attempting to stop a fight between both the woman and Harris beyond a nearby pub. Harris (37 years old) is convicted of slashing Martin inside a carpark outside what was once Dunkin’ Donuts in the 1800 block of Columbia Avenue in November 1996 in order to prevent him from participating in a legal case, information which would have landed him in jail.

According to authorities, Harris assaulted martin over and then sliced his throat while he was checking his apartment, causing Martin to suffer in the driveway. Authorities quickly uncovered a plot wherein Harris’ wife, Kimberly Kistler, used a phone conversation to bring Martins to a spot by claiming he would join her at the local cafe. Martin is killed the evening before he was subpoenaed to bear witness before Harris in the assault incident. As he returned to his vehicle, Martin saw a tire. Martin agrees and goes to a cafe, but Kistler is unable to be found. She is indicted of 3* assassination & sentenced to 1-2 decades in jail. Despite testifying for Harris across the court, Kistler was punished individually over the participation in the murder. Francis B. Harris (37 years old) got captured and would be executed by method of execution on May 13th. In March, Pennsylvania President Ed Rendell issued a death order on Harris but was delayed by the judicial officer seeking an argument. In 1997, he got convicted of the murder of Daryl Martin (22), a resident of Lancaster.
